Amilo serves cross-border e-commerce sellers, importers, distributors, manufacturers, and logistics-intensive businesses across sectors including fashion, electronics, consumer goods, and FMCG. Amilo's infrastructure is particularly suited to businesses that ship B2C orders internationally, operate under Malaysia's bonded warehouse customs model, or require last-mile delivery to ASEAN markets and beyond.
Amilo delivers to 190+ countries and territories worldwide through its international carrier network, which includes an exclusive partnership with Landmark Global (Belgium Post Group). For domestic Malaysian shipments, Amilo covers all 13 states and 3 federal territories — from Peninsular Malaysia to Sabah and Sarawak — with free nationwide pickup.
Amilo provides 130+ granular real-time tracking statuses accessible via the VIP self-service portal. Once your shipment is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery status at every stage of transit — from pickup through last-mile delivery.
Domestic Malaysian deliveries typically take 1–3 business days within Peninsular Malaysia, and 2–5 business days for East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak). International delivery times vary by destination and service level: standard international shipments generally take 5–15 business days; express lanes to key markets (US, EU, Australia) are available with faster transit times. Contact Amilo for service-level options specific to your destination.
If a shipment is undeliverable, Amilo will make reasonable attempts to return it to the sender. If the recipient refuses the package or it cannot be returned due to regulatory restrictions in the destination country, Amilo reserves the right to dispose of the goods in accordance with its General Terms of Use. Senders are advised to confirm destination country import regulations before shipping.
Fulfillment service is the outsourced management of your order pipeline — covering inbound receiving, warehousing, picking and packing, labeling, and outbound shipping directly to your end customers. Amilo's fulfillment service integrates with major e-commerce platforms including Shopify and eBay via API, supports DDP and DDU delivery terms, and includes real-time inventory tracking via the VIP portal.
A bonded warehouse (gudang berlesen) is a customs-supervised storage facility licensed under Sections 65 and 65A of Malaysia's Customs Act 1967, where imported goods are held without triggering import duty or sales tax. Duty and SST are only payable when goods exit the warehouse for domestic sale or are re-exported. Bonded warehousing is particularly beneficial for cross-border e-commerce sellers, importers managing large seasonal inventory, and businesses using Malaysia as a re-export hub for ASEAN distribution. Amilo's bonded warehouse is located in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, with free nationwide pickup.
Yes. Amilo's fulfillment and bonded warehouse services include real-time inventory tracking, low-stock replenishment alerts, stock-level reporting, and custom inventory reports accessible through the VIP self-service portal. Inventory visibility covers every stage from inbound receipt to outbound dispatch.
Yes. Amilo provides end-to-end customs clearance services for both imports into Malaysia and exports to international destinations. Amilo navigates documentation requirements, import duties, sales tax (SST), and compliance obligations under the Customs Act 1967, Sales Tax Act 2018, and relevant Royal Malaysian Customs Department (RMCD) regulations. For EU-bound shipments, Amilo is IOSS-registered to handle VAT obligations at the point of sale.
Standard documentation for international shipments includes: (1) commercial invoice, (2) packing list, (3) bill of lading or airway bill, and (4) certificate of origin where applicable under free trade agreements. Additional permits, phytosanitary certificates, or product-specific licenses may be required depending on commodity classification (HS code) and destination country. Amilo's customs team advises on documentation requirements as part of the clearance process.
Amilo does not accept dangerous goods (per IATA/IMDG regulations), counterfeit or IP-infringing products, live animals, narcotics, weapons and ammunition, undeclared cash and precious metals, and any goods that violate the export/import regulations of the origin, transit, or destination country. Sellers are responsible for ensuring their goods comply with Malaysian customs law and destination country import restrictions. See Amilo's General Terms of Use for the complete prohibited items list.
