Privacy Notice

Amilo International Pte. Ltd. and its subsidiaries operating under the Amilo brand ("Amilo", "we", "us") thank you for visiting our website and for your interest in our company, products, and services. Protecting your personal data throughout our business is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information Amilo collects when you visit our website or use our Distribution Services, and how that information is used.

02

Personal Data

"Personal data" means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person — someone who can be identified, directly or indirectly, by reference to an identifier such as a name, identification number, location data, an online identifier, or one or more factors specific to their physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity. This includes information such as your name, address, phone number, and date of birth. Information that cannot be linked to your identity, such as aggregate site-usage statistics, is not personal data.

03

Legal Basis for Processing

We process personal data on one or more of the following grounds under applicable data protection laws — including Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012, and the equivalent data protection legislation of Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, and the Philippines: your consent; the performance of a contract with you; compliance with a legal obligation; or our legitimate interests, provided these are not overridden by your rights and interests.

Where we process the personal data of individuals located in the European Economic Area, we additionally rely on the equivalent grounds under the EU General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") — for example Article 6(1)(a) (consent), Article 6(1)(b) (performance of a contract), or Article 6(1)(f) (legitimate interests) — and such individuals may exercise the data subject rights described in this Policy on the same basis as under the GDPR.

04

Who Is Responsible

This Privacy Policy applies to data processing carried out by Amilo International Pte. Ltd. If you have questions about the processing of your personal data, information requests, suggestions, or complaints, please contact us at: Amilo International Pte. Ltd., 391B Orchard Road, #22 Ngee Ann City, Singapore 238874. Email: dataprivacy@amilo.co

05

Visiting Our Website

Amilo is committed to protecting the privacy of visitors to its website. When you visit our web pages, our servers temporarily store, for connection, set-up, and security purposes, the connection data of the device connecting to our site, the pages you visit within our site, the date and duration of your visit, your device's IP address, browser and operating-system identification data, and the website through which you reached our site. We do not collect additional personal information such as your name, address, phone number, or email address unless you provide it voluntarily — for example, through an online contact form, registration, survey, competition, contract, or information request.

We process the connection data described above on the basis of our legitimate interest in guaranteeing security and a smooth connection. Web-tracking data is stored for 36 months and then automatically deleted. See "Use of Cookies" below for further detail on cookies and tracking tools.

Where you have enabled geolocation functions in your browser or operating system, we may use this data to offer location-based services (for example, locating the nearest branch or drop-off point). We do not use this data for any other purpose, and it is deleted in due course if you disable this function.

06

Performance of a Contract

For contractual reasons, we also process personal data to provide our Distribution Services and to meet obligations arising from agreements concluded with you — for example, to perform a shipment or fulfillment contract, manage customer accounts, process payments, and, where applicable, assess creditworthiness. Certain shipment data is also provided to authorities in the country of origin, transit, or destination for customs, tax, or security-screening purposes, as required by local law. This information typically includes the shipper's and recipient's name and address, a description of the goods, and the number of pieces, weight, and value of the shipment.

The basis for this processing is the performance of a contract to which you are a party.

07

Processing for Advertising Purposes

If you are an existing Amilo customer, we may process your postal contact data (such as name and address) to share information about our offers, news, products, and services. Aside from any consent you have given, we process your email address solely to provide information about Amilo's own and similar products.

The basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in direct marketing to existing customers. You have the right to object to this processing at any time by contacting us using the details under "Who Is Responsible". If you subscribe to a newsletter, you may unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of the newsletter; upon objection or unsubscribing, the relevant data will be blocked or deleted and no longer processed for that purpose.

08

Website Analytics and Optimization

We use tracking software to understand how many users visit our website and how often, in anonymised and aggregated form only, for statistical purposes and to improve the website. We do not use this software to build individual profiles or to collect individual IP addresses beyond what is described under "Visiting Our Website".

09

Use of Cookies

Cookies are small files that let us store information related to your device and, where applicable, to you as a visitor. They help us understand how often our pages are accessed, how many users visit, and how to make our offering more convenient and efficient.

We use "session cookies" to optimise the website and provide a smooth user experience, on the basis of our legitimate interest. These are stored only for the duration of your visit and deleted automatically when you close your browser.

We also use "persistent cookies" to recognise repeat visitors and tailor content across visits. The content of a persistent cookie is generally limited to an identification number; we do not build an individual profile of your online activity on the basis of these cookies, and your name, email address, or IP address are not stored alongside them on most of our pages.

10

Sharing Tools and Third-Party Cookies

Our website may include embedded "share" buttons that make it easy to bookmark or share content on social networks. Clicking one of these buttons may set a cookie from the service you have chosen. Amilo does not control these cookies; please check the relevant third party's site for more information.

Some pages of our website may embed content from third-party services (for example, video platforms), which may set their own cookies on your browser. Amilo does not control and cannot access these cookies, as cookies can only be accessed by the party that originally set them. Please check the relevant third party's website for further information.

11

Managing Cookies

You can use our website without cookies. Most browsers let you deactivate cookies, limit them to specific sites, or require notification before a cookie is set, and you can delete cookies from your device at any time. Please note that disabling cookies may limit page presentation and functionality.

12

Social Media Plug-ins

We use social-media plug-ins (for example, Facebook, LinkedIn, and similar platforms) to promote our brand, products, and services, and to engage with our customers, on the basis of our legitimate interest. Each social-media provider is responsible for its own compliance with applicable law.

13

Will My Data Be Passed On

Amilo does not share, sell, transfer, or otherwise disseminate your personal data to third parties except where required by law, necessary to perform a contract with you, or where you have given explicit consent. For example, we may need to pass your address and order data to logistics or fulfillment partners in order to complete a shipment.

External service providers that process data on our behalf are contractually required to maintain strict confidentiality and to process data only on our instructions, supported by appropriate technical and organisational safeguards. Amilo remains responsible for safeguarding your information in these circumstances.

14

Your Data Protection Rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to: request confirmation of, and access to, the personal data we hold about you; request correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data, where permitted by law and consistent with any existing contractual obligations; receive personal data you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, where applicable; object to processing based on our legitimate interests, including for direct marketing; and lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority in your country (for example, Singapore's Personal Data Protection Commission, or the equivalent authority in Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, the Philippines, or — for EU data subjects — your local supervisory authority under the GDPR).

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details under "Who Is Responsible".

15

International Data Transfers

As Amilo operates across Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, and the Philippines, your personal data may be transferred to, stored, and processed in a country other than the one in which it was originally collected, including for shipment handling, customs clearance, and group-wide systems. Where required by applicable law, we put in place appropriate safeguards for such transfers, such as contractual protections with the recipient.

16

Data Security

Amilo takes appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data from loss or misuse. For example, your data is stored in a secure operating environment that is not accessible to the public, and certain personal data is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology during transmission where your browser supports it. If you contact Amilo by email, please note that the confidentiality of email content cannot be guaranteed, as it may be read by third parties in transit; we recommend sending confidential information by post if this is a concern.

17

Changes to This Privacy Policy

Amilo may update this Privacy Policy at any time, with or without prior notice. Please check back periodically to stay informed of any changes. Continued use of Amilo's website constitutes your agreement to the then-current Privacy Policy.

18

Alert on Fraudulent Emails

We encourage you to be alert to fraudulent emails sent by malicious third parties falsely claiming to represent the Amilo brand. These emails often use official-looking logos to mislead recipients.

False payment notices: These emails typically solicit payment from online shoppers for delivery of goods purchased online. Amilo does not request direct payment from online consumers — we only collect amounts properly due for shipping arrangements made between a shipper and a recipient. A recipient remains responsible for properly payable shipping, customs, VAT, or similar charges at the time of delivery. Amilo accepts no responsibility for costs, charges, or payments arising from fraudulent activity.

Spam and phishing: If you receive an email asking you to open an attachment to confirm a delivery from Amilo, treat it as fraudulent — the attachment may contain a virus. Be wary of emails purporting to be from Amilo that request personal information such as usernames, passwords, or bank or credit card details. If a link looks suspicious, do not click it. In general, avoid opening attachments or clicking links in emails claiming to be "from" Amilo if you are not doing business with Amilo, the email requests personal or confidential information, it contains suspicious links or attachments, or it asks you to open an attachment for delivery details.

Questions about this Privacy Policy, or requests relating to your personal data, can be directed to Amilo International Pte. Ltd. at dataprivacy@amilo.co, or at the address and contact details published on the amilo.co Contact page.
