These Website Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of amilo.co and any related subdomains or digital platforms operated by Amilo International Pte. Ltd., a company incorporated in Singapore, together with its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Amilo", "we", "us") (collectively, the "Website"). By accessing or using the Website, you ("User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

These Terms apply to your use of the Website only. If you become a Customer of Amilo's Distribution Services (domestic distribution, warehousing, fulfillment, and last-mile delivery), that relationship is governed by Amilo's separate Terms of Use for Distribution Services, entered into on account opening or hand-over of a Product, which take precedence for any conflict concerning the services themselves.

Amilo is a Singapore-headquartered domestic distribution business, with core operations in Thailand, Malaysia, and Vietnam, and partner-supported operations in Indonesia, the Philippines, and Singapore. The Website is provided to share information about Amilo's solutions, programs, and network; to enable prospective and existing Customers to make enquiries, request quotes, or book a demo; and to provide access to the Amilo customer portal and related tools.

The Website may reference or link to related brands and programs, including ShipX (Amilo's cross-border logistics business) and Amilo's country and network partners. Content published by those related sites is governed by their own terms of use.

The Website is intended for business use by individuals who are at least 18 years old and have the authority to act on behalf of the organisation they represent. By using the Website, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Certain areas of the Website, including the customer portal (vip.amilo.co), require you to register for or log in to an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering, and to promptly update it if it changes. You must notify Amilo immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security.

Amilo may suspend or terminate account access at its discretion, including where it reasonably suspects fraud, misuse, or a breach of these Terms.

The Website and all content on it — including text, graphics, logos, the Amilo name and marks, product and service names, images, videos, software, and the overall look and feel — are owned by or licensed to Amilo and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any part of the Website without Amilo's prior written consent.

You may view, download, and print Website content for your own internal, non-commercial reference, provided you retain all copyright and proprietary notices.

When using the Website, you agree not to use the Website for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that infringes the rights of Amilo or any third party; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, system, or network connected to the Website; introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code, or otherwise interfere with the Website's operation or security; scrape, harvest, or use automated means to extract data from the Website without Amilo's prior written consent; impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity; upload or transmit content that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable; or reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of any Website software.

Amilo may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the Website, without notice, if it reasonably believes you have breached these Terms.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites, including carrier, marketplace, and network-partner sites, that are not owned or controlled by Amilo. Amilo is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of use of any third-party site, and inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement. You access third-party sites at your own risk and should review their respective terms and privacy policies.

Any rate estimate, transit time, or similar information presented on the Website is indicative only and does not constitute a binding offer. A binding commitment to provide Distribution Services is formed only once Amilo confirms an order, quote, or booking in writing, or accepts a Product for handling, in each case subject to Amilo's Terms of Use for Distribution Services.

The Website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or availability. Amilo does not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, secure, timely, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected, and does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any content published on it.

Nothing on the Website constitutes legal, customs, tax, or other professional advice, and Amilo is not liable for decisions made in reliance on Website content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amilo, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Website, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, and nothing in this Section affects the liability Amilo has separately agreed to accept for Distribution Services actually performed, which is governed exclusively by Amilo's Terms of Use for Distribution Services.

You agree to indemnify and hold Amilo harmless from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Website, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Amilo's collection and use of personal data through the Website is described in its Privacy Policy, available at amilo.co/privacy-policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Amilo may update these Terms or the Website at any time, at its discretion, including to reflect changes to its services, legal or regulatory requirements, or business operations. Revised Terms will be posted at amilo.co with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Amilo may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the Website at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason, including a suspected breach of these Terms. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Intellectual Property, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law — will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, unless otherwise required by applicable local law in the jurisdiction from which you access the Website.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and (where applicable) the Terms of Use for Distribution Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and Amilo regarding use of the Website.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Amilo's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of its right to do so later.

You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without Amilo's prior written consent. Amilo may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
