SINGAPORE/BANGKOK, 15 August 2024 — We've acquired Sivadon Logistics, a Thai firm with an established national network, marking our third acquisition in two years and our first move into Thailand. Terms of the deal were undisclosed. The acquisition extends our operations to four markets — Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam and now Thailand.

Why Thailand, why now

Thailand is one of the most dynamic markets in the region, and Sivadon gives us an immediate, established base to operate from rather than a slow build from zero. It's the same approach we've taken with every acquisition: find an operator with something real underneath — a network, a licence, a team — and fold it onto the single platform we run across warehousing, fulfilment, local transport, delivery and cross-border services. Sivadon is the third operator to go through that process, following last-mile aggregator Kahago in Indonesia and an earlier acquisition in Vietnam.

What Sivadon brings

With Sivadon on board, we now run more than 20 warehouses and a fleet of over 100 trucks across our four markets, serving more than 100 customers. Sivadon's national network becomes the operational base for cross-border services in Thailand, which we'll launch within the next few months — routed through our exclusive cross-border partnership with Belgium Post's Landmark Group.

What's next

Beyond the Thailand cross-border launch, we're rolling out platform upgrades in September — new cross-border partnerships, price comparison features and dashboard improvements. The goal behind all of it, and behind every acquisition so far, is to become Southeast Asia's first homegrown full-service logistics integrator. We're continuing to look for the next regional acquisition target.
